Resident Memberships
Membership in the Bathe & Racquet club is included as part of the annual assessment paid by members of the Cress Creek Commons Homeowners Association. To ensure access to the facilities, please complete and return a copy of the 2024 Membership Registration Form linked below. Please contact us with any questions!
Non-Resident Memberships
A limited number of non-resident memberships for the Summer 2024 season are available for purchase. The fee is $650 per household and can be paid online (processing fee applies) or by check payable to the "Cress Creek Commons Homeowners Association." Payment may be mailed to P.O. Box 625, Naperville, Illinois 60566, or dropped off in the black mailbox labeled, "HOA", located at 1478 Inverrary Drive.
To secure your non-resident membership for Summer 2024, we must receive (1) payment and (2) a completed copy of the 2024 Membership Registration Form linked below. Forms will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Please contact us with any questions!
Guest Policy
Each household membership automatically includes five free guest passes to use throughout the season, after which the fee is $5/guest payable at the gate.
If you would like to host a small-group event/party at the pool, you must obtain approval from the Aquatics Director and Pool Manager at least one week in advance to reserve the picnic area and ensure that adequate staff will be available. Before reaching out to the pool director or manager for approval, please check the pool calendar to make sure no other events are planned for that day. The pool is closed for Adult Swim M-F 6-7pm and Saturday-Sunday 10-11am and will not be available during these times so plan accordingly.
Note: The HOA Board reserves the right to modify the guest policy and/or restrict access without advance notice. Changes in policy, if any, will be posted to this website.
Swim Lessons
Swim lessons are available for all ages and abilities. Lessons are given by our capable lifeguards and swim team coaching staff. If interested, arrangements can be made in person at the Pool Office. The Manager on duty will be able to provide input for expectations (No Michael Phelps outcomes), times and cost. Completion of the applicable hold harmless agreement linked below is required for each participant prior to participation in swim lessons.
Swim Team
The Cobras Swim Team is a Park District sponsored league open to school age children through High School. No prior competitive swimming experience is required. This program is as much about sportsmanship and having fun as it is about competition. Registration information can be found at www.gocobras.com. Completion of the applicable hold harmless agreement linked below is required for each participant prior to participation in swim team activities.
Water Polo
Come join the Cobras Water Polo Team! If your child is 8-14 years old and loves water sports, they will love playing water polo! It’s a fun and aggressive sport with several teams competing across Naperville. The season starts as soon as the pool opens and runs until mid-July. Matches do not conflict with swim meets. Please check the website for registration and any updated information. Completion of the applicable hold harmless agreement linked below is required for each participant prior to participation in water polo activities.
Private Tennis Court Reservations
Tennis courts available for private parties, tournaments, etc. Rental feel is $50 per hour and is based on current date/time availability as found on the published calendar. Guests of HOA will also have open access to the pool during the reserved timeslot. Organizer will need to provide number of guests to ensure there is ample lifeguard coverage during this time.
