Summer Yoga - Poolside

Get your summer zen on with Yoga by the Pool. Relaxing, yet strong yoga poses (Vinyasa Flow) will be taught on Wednesday nights, 6:00-7:00 pm, at the Commons Pool.

Please refer to posted fliers at the Commons pool for exact dates.

Rates: Drop-In ($8 per class)

5 Pass: $35

Please bring a yoga mat (Keifer’s, Target, etc.) a towel, a man’s tie, water, a yoga block if you have one.

All Levels are welcome!!!!
